About Me
Grace Bagatsing began her career as a healthcare consultant in the San Francisco Bay region after graduating from UCLA. At the age of 25, she returned to the Philippines to advance her profession.

She joined at Anderson Group BPO Inc. as the Country Director and International Sales Director, leveraging her experience as a director in Los Angeles. In that job, she oversaw a huge staff of salesmen and account managers and was accountable for the company's daily success.
​
While serving as director, she assisted numerous Fortune 500 companies in achieving their business process outsourcing goals. She was a great addition to her team, ensuring that everyone had the support they required to consistently meet their goals.

Her initiatives aided in lowering the cost of doing business while enhancing the performance of the businesses she oversaw. She has subsequently stepped down from that position, but not before leaving a great impression on the company as a whole.
